Rental Charges
The Property “Rental Charges” are inclusive of:
(i) Free Wi-Fi for recreational use only (see T&C's Contract clause 15)
(ii) Free Welcome Basket; crackers, cream cheese, dip and 2 ltr water.
(iii) Free store cupboard basics; tea, coffee, sugar, salt, herbs & spices (containers remain in place).
(iv) Reasonable usage of household utilities (electricity, gas, water) including logs and underfloor heating.

- Complimentary logs for the wood-burner sufficient for evenings, approximately 5-6 hours per day usage.
- Consumption over this may be chargeable to be deducted from your security bond upon review of wood stocks by our representative as wood burner is not indented for all day use, additional to property underfloor heating.
- We include Repsol bottles for gas hob and BBQ all year.
(v) Heating is thermostatically controlled by zones, we understand some people feel the cold/heat more than others so we offer a 2 degree control range;

- In winter 2 x Electric blankets are available upon request. Hallway and bedroom wing temperature is set to 18oC/65oF – 19oC/66oF to maintain wellbeing sleep recommendations.
- Living space wing recommended temperature is set to 20oC – 21oC/70oF
- In the summer the property does not have cooling air-conditioning. It has been designed to cool during the night by opening windows and doors to allow airflow

(vi) The Property will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client, including touch surface disinfectant. When leaving the client is obliged to leave the property tidy in a good housekeeping care condition; all crockery, cutlery and cookware clean returned to storage or clean in dishwasher (door open), fridge empty, waste bins empty with refuse taken to village council bins.
(v) 1 set of linen and towels is provided for each full week of your stay. Extra linen upon request is possible at €35 per bedroom
(vi) Optional Extras the Property “Rental Charges” do not include the following, please request in advance to be confirmed if you require:

- Drop & go departure €60. Haven’t got time to follow 'Check-Out' procedure, not able to load the dishwasher, wash-up and tidy to leave the property as you found it when you arrived? We can put away before starting our scheduled cleaning service for you as a pre-booked optional extra, or to be deducted from security bond fee.
- We keep 2 x Repsol Gas portable heaters suitable for bedrooms at an additional charge of €20 per bottle.
- Approved (if available) early check-in before 15:00 or late arrivals between 18:00-20:00 = €30 per occasion.
- Late check-out after agreed time on same day rental departure date is chargeable at full day rental (seasonal rate), which will be deducted from your Security Bond.
PRICE GUARANTEE: The rental price for the Cas Moginar is fully guaranteed when the deposit has been paid and the receipt / acknowledgment has been issued as acceptance of the booking.
Housekeeping Care Security Bond
The Client is solely responsible for any and all damages, stains or breakage(s) that may be caused to the property or its contents and also for any non-return or loss of keys or loss of items in the inventory during their stay. Therefore, a €250 refundable security bond will be held against such an eventuality, which is payable with the reservation balance.
Charges for damages/losses/stains or any maintenance/repairs to the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures necessitated by accidental misuse or neglect will be at the discretion of the Owners and will be deducted from the security bond. For context this is standard practice in the car hire hospitality industry at a substantially lower rate, which works in a similar manner. It is not our intention to profit from perishable accidents, please notify us immediately of any breakages or stain, if we can work together to resolve the issue we may waiver fees in gratitude. As owners we only excess the bond when damage or stain cannot be resolved by our local representative.
The property is inspected both before and at the end of each occupation and upon confirmation that all is in order and all keys have been returned to the Owners at the end of the rental period, this deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit will be returned to the Client’s original account by electronic bank transfer within seven (7) working days.
There are fixed charges of standard items that will be applicable. These are charged at cost;

- Loss of TV Remote Control €40
- Removal/Loss of Repsol bottle(s) €80
- Suntan lotion stains to replace bedding €50 (per bed). Preventable by showering prior to nap/sleep.
- Loss of pool towel €15 (per towel)
- Loss of Front Door Key €30 - Also note that if loss of the front door key poses a security risk you may be charged for a new lock and keys at approximately €200.
