Welcome to our reservation page, to help you decide if Casa Moginar will be your next holiday retreat, please take a little coffee time to scan through our 'Visitor Reviews'. A few reference the track drive to our rural casa as challenging in parts, but totally worth it for the stunning views and tranquility.  You'll notice many comments expressing excellent Casa Moginar facilities and guest care, especially our local representative who is on hand for any unexpected eventualities, a warm welcome on your arrival; personally handing over rental stay keys after a property tour.

If like me, you believe, 'The devil is in the detail' please take time to preview our holiday terms and conditions on the above submenu webpage in advance, as these precise statements form our short term rental contract.

In our first year as new owners, we are delighted to have already had returning guests with plans for next year too; often arriving as strangers and leaving as friends. We look forward to your stay and in time reading your Google Review, which automatically integrates with our website.

Booking Communications:  Direct bookings (DB) via Casa Moginar email account, Online Travel Agency (OTAs) by platform app inbox.

1)       DB only - Check availability to reserve dates using 'FreeToBook'. Reservation request dates will be held for 48 hours to complete the following;

    • 'Booking Terms & Conditions Contract' pdf; please read the 9 page pdf to make sure you agree with Casa Moginar's contractual clauses and appendix.
    • To convert FreeToBook's reservation invoice to a confirmed booking the lead contact ("the Client") will need to complete and return the 'Client Signature Booking Contract Agreement' pdf, including group details, signed and dated and transfer Payment.
    • Payments are managed by online bank IBAN reference or PayPal direct transfers. Credit Cards are not accepted.
    • Your reservation booking is not confirmed until we ("the Owners") email directly from Casa Moginar account once payment transfer has cleared stating terms are accepted.

2)       DB to receive Casa Moginar email generated reminders and confirmation of any additional reservation amendments, payment transfers are relevant to timescales prior to rental stay arrival date.  OTAs receive platform generated confirmation, payment reminders and messages via app inbox.

3)       14 days before your arrival you will receive digital documentation (Google Form or ‘Check-in Scan’ app invitation) to complete ID for each individual guest. Please see further information clause 12. Advance reference of ID requirements in Spanish, in English for your information.

4)      Complete and return check-in ID documentation to receive arrival details of time and place to greet our local representative, including WhatsApp contact number to make sure you arrive safely at our designated meeting point.

5)       Guest Arrival Satisfaction; 2 hours after arrival (or next day depending on social hours) please check for direct WhatsApp message, or for  OTA app inbox message. To confirm your arrival tour represents the property as listed, bedrooms are setup as per booking request and give the opportunity for you to clarify any points additional to the Casa Moginar Guide booklet to ensure guest satisfaction.

6)       Check-Out Procedure; 24 hrs prior to departure OTAs inbox or DB WhatsApp message for direct booking guests confirmation of check-out procedure (nothing extensive) and departure times.

    • Security Bond 250 euros deposit will be refunded within 7 working days once our local representative has had opportunity to conclude inspection as part of the deep-clean process, if property and belongings are returned in the same housekeeping condition as found on arrivals. Please refer to the terms and conditions submenu page.
    • We don't agree with hidden extras, we prefer to be as clear and transparent as possible by outlining housekeeping security bond potential charges in advance; please read T&C's clause 4.
    • The only rare concerns we have ever had, occur when the client signs the booking agreement without reading the contract in full!

7)      Google Review Request; To complete our communication cycle we will reach out, once you are safely home and have had a chance to unpack, inviting you to share your experience and helpful tips - favourite places to eat and visit. Until next time, take care!
